Q: Why are your prices so competitive?

A: You are buying directly from the manufacturer and exporter.

Q: Could I get a sample?

A: Sure, just specify your requirement. We usually supply 10x10x1cm. Normally our stone samples are all free of charge. But we will send the samples based on freight collect except for our long-term partner. Therefore, sometimes you’re requested to provide a courier account.

Q: What is your minimum order?

A: It depends on what you are buying. Normally, our minimum order is one full 20” container, with mixed products, such as tiles, countertops, stone carvings and so on. But this doesn’t mean that we don’t accept LCL container (less than a container load)..

Q: What is your payment term?

A: Our standard payment term could be T/T (30% deposit, balance on the receipt of copy of B/L).

Q: What is approximate delivery time from order?

A: Within 3 to 4 weeks after receipt of your deposit according to your quantity.

Q: Could I ask for your price list?

A: We’re appreciate you could supply the general color series, sizes, finishes, etc…then, we can list some of the products as your requirements for your reference. The price is related to the color, sizes, finishes, even the packages. One color with different sizes, the prices are totally different. We couldn’t list all of them, but your general descriptions will help us to give you a more accurate quotation.

Q: Could you guarantee your quality? How?

A: We have an experienced QC team. Our quality inspectors to be responsible for quality testing of all stone raw materials and finished products. Each order will be followed and monitored from beginning to the end by our inspectors to ensure quality standards and punctual delivery.

Q: We require approximately 1 container a year, do you supply companies like ours?
A: Sure. One or two containers a year are not a problem for our cooperation.

Q: How could I get to know how much stone I could load per 20" container?

A: We could load the maximum gross weight of 27 tons into one 20"container. Therefore, how much stone you could load per 20" container depends on the weight limit on the roads or railway of your country. Therefore, for America , the quantity per 20" container load is as follows. (Road limited 17tons)
